Shipping policy

We do our best to ship to you quickly and safely. All US orders are shipped double-boxed using USPS Priority Mail. We sent over 700 orders in 2020-21 and only had six jars in four orders break - and one of those orders was sent to Alaska!!

If you need it faster than Priority Mail, please call us and we will look up prices for you. Products in glass jars are heavy and we can already tell you, fast shipping will be very expensive - but we will do it for you if you need it.

We reserve the right to use other carriers like UPS or DHL if we think they will give you better service, either faster or better. If any carrier is unacceptable to you, let us know, but if you choose a service other than USPS Priority, in our experience, it's likely to be more expensive, not less.
