Kermit Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Kermit Tomatillo Salsa Verde is just so GREEN with a fresh roasted taste that pops! Use it on huevos rancheros, tortilla chips, anything with cheese or chicken, enchiladas, fish... You can use your imagination but I think this is one of the few things I make that wouldn't be good on ice cream. 

Tomatillos taste like a cross between a bell pepper and a tomato. 

Sugar free and very low sodium.
Fresh tomatillos
White onions
Fresh jalapeños
Hand squeezed lime juice
Fresh garlic
Sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
Fresh ground cumin
