This small-batch, hand cut lime marmalade was made from fresh limes and simple ingredients. Lime marmalade isn't pretty unless it's artificially colored, which I would never do, but it is delicious, and it makes a great accompaniment to pork and chicken, and is delicious mixed into plain yogurt or on top of ice cream.

Using just three ingredients, fresh limes, cane sugar, and pure Rocky Mountain water, Dory Dozens Delights lime marmalade is sunshine in a jar!
