Nectarine Strawberry Jam

This tiny batch of nectarine strawberry jam was made on a day that the local strawberries were perfect and the nectarines smelled amazing! You won't want to share this, but if you do, it will make a lovely gift.

Using simple ingredients, fresh California nectarines, cane sugar, Colorado strawberries, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and Riesling wine *, we created a balanced summer flavor profile that you can enjoy anytime.

*Each jar contains about a half ounce of wine. The alcohol cooks off; this wine does contain sulfites so the jam will have a tiny amount as well.
