Orange Bourbon Marmalade

This small-batch, orange bourbon jam is a sophisticated step up from orange jelly or marmalade (though they are both wonderful in their moments!) Whether you're fancying up your breakfast toast to go with gourmet omelets, making amazing crepes, or topping midnight-snack ice cream, this will become one of your favorites.

Using a Dory Dozens Delights-developed recipe (say that four times fast!), the fruit and the Maker's Mark bourbon are the heroes on your palate. Ingredients include: hand-squeezed Valencia orange juice, hand-squeezed lemon juice, pure Rocky Mountain spring water, cane sugar, Maker's Mark Kentucky bourbon whiskey, finely-grated orange peel, fruit pectin, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves.

Note: the alcohol in the bourbon cooks away and no alcohol remains in the jam.
