Orange Cranberry Marmalade

Using just simple, pure ingredients including fresh Valencia oranges, cane sugar, Washington cranberries, Maker's Mark Kentucky bourbon*, pure Rocky Mountain water, fruit pectin, fresh cinnamon, and fresh ginger, Dory Dozens Delights orange cranberry marmalade is sunshine in a jar!

*Kentucky Bourbon is 80 proof (40% alcohol) by volume, but the alcohol content cooks off when I make the marmalade, leaving just a smoky bite.
