Serrano Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Serrano Tomatillo Salsa Verde is just so GREEN with a fresh roasted taste that pops and a blast of heat! Use it on huevos rancheros, tortilla chips, anything with cheese or chicken, enchiladas, fish... You can use your imagination but I think this is one of the few things I make that wouldn't be good on ice cream. My taste tester said that it's medium-hot, or Colorado medium, with a bold heat up front that does not linger long enough to make you pop a sweat. 

Tomatillos taste like a cross between a bell pepper and a tomato.
