Strawberry Refreshment Marmalade

The strawberries!! They smelled SO GOOD that I bought them and only then thought about how to bring them to you. I made up this marmalade, and it is really yummy. A bit less sweet and a bit more tender than most marmalades, it's tangy and refreshing. It will sparkle on your breakfast table with an extra zing and makes a wonderful housewarming or hostess gift.

Using just five ingredients, fresh strawberries, cane sugar, fresh Valencia oranges, fresh California lemons, and pure Rocky Mountain water, Dory Dozens Delights strawberry refreshment marmalade will bring you back to life in the dead of winter! (I use an old-fashioned method of making pectin as part of the marmalade cooking process; it's normal for this marmalade to not be set up very firmly - it's still really nice on sandwiches and toast!)
